The Team



In his role as General Manager, and using his many years of experience within the motor industry, Nigel primarily runs the day to day operations of the office along with managing our specialist fleet of rental vehicles ensuring these are kept up to date and available for clients.


Secondly, managing our fleet of vehicles, liaising with clients, their solicitors and case managers, working with dealerships and garages and overseeing the provision of our Service Care package to maintain vehicles during the period of client ownership. Nigel also supervises our driver Craig and the logistics of our vehicle rental delivery and collections.



Sam joined the company in May 2011, bringing with her experience in corporate administration and client liaison. 


As Bill’s Personal Assistant, Sam is the main point of contact for solicitors, case manager’s, clients and legal teams to arrange appointments, transport assessments, travel and vehicle demonstrations as well as overseeing the release of all Expert Witness and Transport reports and vehicle documents, along with relevant fees, invoices and case conferences.




Comes with a wealth of litigation, customer service and administration experience within the vehicle supply industry. 


Having worked for one of the UK’s leading rental companies Niki understands what it means to deliver exceptional customer service and has a deep understanding of the importance of putting the customer first and working with them on what are quite often very individual and specific needs.



Craig is a vital part of the team, with his main responsibility being to our new vehicle and rental fleet; delivering and collecting vehicles and also carrying out demonstrations of wheelchair accessible vehicles with driver modifications to clients throughout the UK.


Craig delivers all new ordered vehicles along with hand-overs to clients as part of our delivery process. Our Service Care reminders are also managed by Craig, sending out letters to clients and solicitors for vehicle and adaption services in line with manufacturer’s guidelines.



Bill has many years of experience of working in the vehicle industry and is recognised as one of the leading specialists in the field of providing mobility solutions for those with disabilities, in the U.K.


He is also recognised by the Court of Protection and has worked with a number of other bodies including the RGA (Restricted Growth Association), SCOPE, DDA (Disabled Drivers Association) and ASPIRE. Bill has also been called as an Expert Witness and given evidence at Trial.


Karen is an important team member. She is responsible for our accounting processes and therefore making sure that we exist.

Karen raises our invoices, processes payments and ensures all bank transfers, both in and out are on time. Essentially, Karen makes sure our finances are in order and up to date.
